This is a small, one-sided bowl commonly associated with mountain tea bowls, and is not unusual as a vessel. What is noteworthy is that one side of the body is inscribed with an arabesque design and the other side with two poems. The poems, which include “Yamome nagamofu blessing, Komobini ha ha ha gyuuzu to watashi yo, sade urufu yamo” and “Yarauka to tsubi ha utsutsu no nika ni ka ha ha ha ha ha kawase nan use nan”, express interesting content.
