Specialty. The name is said to be derived from a Korean tea bowl, Gosho-maru, a black brush-worked tea bowl with a reddish color around the waist, which is reminiscent of the rim of the word “Gosho”. It was owned by Shioyama Tobei in Kyoto, and later joined the Fujita family through Kameda Korean. It is currently in the collection of the Fujita Museum of Art. (Taisho Meikikan).
