Specialty. One of the seven types of Raku ware tea bowls. The name comes from the fact that it belonged to Hourin Seisho of Kinkakuji Temple. In “Meimono Meiri Hensho”, there is a story about a man who was in love with this tea bowl. When a certain Iwai in Osaka was in possession of this tea bowl, a certain person fell ill because he could not bear the desire for this tea bowl, and his friend took pity on him and asked Iwai if he would give him some tea with it. After tea, he left two hundred pieces of gold on a shelf in the water closet and took them home with him. After the tea ceremony, he left with 200 pieces of gold on the shelf of the water closet.
