This piece has a thickened, ball-shaped rim that runs from the short neck to the outer edge of the mouth, and the diameter of the mouth is slightly smaller than the diameter of the body. The body of the vessel has a slightly polyhedral shape with vertical chamfers, while the striated patterning on the surface is still in a single diagonal direction. Two chrysanthemum seal floral motifs are marked on the shoulder. The shoulder has a faint white natural glaze. This is a good example of a large jar from the end of the Kamakura period.
