This vase is also thinly made, and the mouth rim is slightly beveled with an outward slant. It is made of rolled-up clay, and a part of the mouth rim is bent to form a one-sided mouth. The bottom of the bowl has marks of still thread cutting. The ware has a grayish-black color due to smoked firing. The production date can be dated to the early Kamakura period (1185-1333), judging from the mouth rim band and the fact that there are no grating marks on the inner surface.
