This three-mimi jar has a unique Tamba mouth design with chamfering at the top of the outer neck of the mouth. The ears are made of two pieces of clay cord, showing the old style. The border between the neck of the mouth and the shoulder is covered with flower petals, and between the three ears are three layers of chrysanthemum patterns, with two leaf patterns on the central petal and below the ears. The well-fired brownish-brown surface of the vessel is covered with a dark green natural glaze on the shoulder. This is a rare example of an excellent jar from the early Tamba period.
