This is a bowl-shaped tea bowl with a deep and spacious rise, the base is slightly high, and the inside of the base has been deeply carved. The entire inside and outside of the bowl is covered with a thick feldspar glaze, leaving only the area around the base, and the glazed surface has rough penetrations. The feldspar glaze is white, and four marks remain on the base, showing a rough clay surface with a slight iron content. This type of deeply risen ware is generally called Honte Seto Karatsu.
