This is a five-petaled flower-shaped mukozuke with a shallow incision in the center of each petal. The frame of the petals is outlined in thick lines of underglaze blue on the outside in two layers, and the Karafana design is arranged within the frame. The colors of underglaze blue, red, and green harmonize beautifully, and the yellow dots on the stamens add an extra touch of luster. The yellow dots on the floral stamens add an extra touch of luster. The design of the entire vessel as if it were a flower is extremely rare, and this is one of the most outstanding examples of Nabeshima mukozuke in overglaze enamels.
