　The mouth is in the shape of a sixteen-petaled ring flower, with a slightly shallow base and a large high pedestal. The design of chrysanthemums and sankorai are elegantly displayed in five colors of red, yellow, navy blue, green, and purple. The pattern around the sixteen divided sections of the bowl has a repeated pattern of purple, navy blue, yellow, and green, but the deep coloring makes the pattern on the prospective side stand out even more. On the reverse side, a floral arabesque, unique to Kutani, is shown in purple and dark blue overglaze painting, and the base is covered with a green glaze. The base is covered with a green glaze, and there are areas where white glaze has been left on the base, revealing the clay.
