This is a large open-mouthed sui-jar in the shape of a sand gold bag. It is covered with white glaze around the mouth and the inner surface. The lid is covered with a white glaze over the entire surface and has a cloisonne design in gold and silver around the knob, while the back of the lid is unglazed. The bottom of the lid is unglazed. The bottom is stamped with the large seal of Inqing. This is one of the best examples of this type of pottery, which was also made by Inkiyo.
