This mukozuke features a sail of a sailing boat, which is a unique taste of Kyoyaki pottery. The underglaze iron iron, gouzu, and white clay glaze with a goose design in the foreground is glazed with a glaze that has been penetrated and melted to a glossy finish. The cloth pattern inside the stand was made in a mold. The front of the lid of the inner box is inscribed “Kyo-yaki Hono nagasare kuchiru” and the back of the lid is inscribed “Genbun 5-nen, July, Yoshihi Souhou”
