Long-necked vases were a variant of the narrow-necked vases with flattened bodies that flourished in the Tokai region around the end of the Kofun period. The body is not very high in relation to its diameter, leaving the impression of a round body, and the mouth is long and slender, with two sunken lines in the center, showing the vestiges of a narrow-necked vase. The base of the stand is very tight. The base of the vase has a strong base and is very well burnished.
