　This jar, with a broad green band around the mouth, is one of the few examples of this type of vase in the Koseto area. It is one of the few examples of this type in the Koseto area. It has a slightly iron-reddish gray base and is water-glazed. The ash glaze is applied over the entire surface, but the oxidized firing process gives it a yellowish green color. Because of its large size, the ash glaze flows over the entire surface in the lower half of the opening.
