This bowl is inscribed with this name because the scenery of the bowl reminds us of the sky pattern at sunset. It is regarded as the best among the six Gosho-maru tea bowls with black brushes. It was handed down from the Kuhara Shozaburo family to Inoue Segai, but the details of its earlier origin are unknown. It is currently in the collection of the Fujita Museum of Art.
