This is a stately jar with a tight neck and thick jade rim. It is molded with rolled-up clay, and the surface of the vessel has been adjusted with brushwork. The shoulder is decorated with three comb lines. The body is covered with a yellowish-white natural glaze, which gives this jar its unique appearance.
