　This is an imposing jar that could be called a Bizen large jar. The reddish-brown fire-colored natural glaze, which covers the entire surface from the neck to the shoulder, blends with the color of the base, creating a unique Bizen atmosphere. Two stripes of comb patterns are drawn on the shoulder, and the space between the two stripes is filled with a wavy comb pattern. The lower half of the body shows folds made of corded clay. This is one of the best examples of Bizen jars with a comb pattern.
