Height 8.4 cm, mouth diameter 28.9 cm, tripod
This is a large bowl made of Nezumi-Shino (a type of Japanese pottery). After being thrown on the potter’s wheel, the four sides of the mouth were picked out to form the shape of a gourd. The oniita (panel) is made of a white space left over after the bowl was finished with a sink, and a design of bamboo grass, etc. is painted on the white space. The glaze is thick and the surface of the glaze is slightly wrinkled, making this the largest of the Nezumi-Shino pots. The rounded bottom has legs on three sides, with five large marks around the legs and a small mark on the prospective surface.
