This is a shallow, four-sided, four-way shaped mukozuke with rounded corners, and the trace of a square mold is still visible on the front surface. It is bordered by two thin lines and has a diagonal pattern of “natsuko” (a Japanese name for a woman’s petticoat) on the front and legs on three sides of the bottom.
