　This is one of the excellent black Oribe tea bowls with a richly varied workmanship. The mouth is rounded and thick along the edge, and the tight waist is covered with thick carvings, while the base is carved relatively straight and round. One of the diagonals of the shoe shape is glazed in black, and the body is decorated with a series of round and vertical stripes scratched off in white. The other is decorated with an interesting horizontal stripe and whorl pattern on the base, and a lily-like floral motif is engraved on the base and glazed in feldspar.
