Height 8.6 cm, mouth diameter 10.2 cm, base diameter 5.4 cm
This mukozuke is in the shape of a monk with a rounded, tightened body hem and a hexagonal shape from mouth to body. The body is painted on two sides with a design of “kizuso” and on the other two sides with “wagai” patterns, and iron pigments are also applied to the outer rim and the hem of the body. The glazed surface is beautifully finished in a rat color. The base is slightly open and sharply cut, revealing a red clay surface, which is characteristic of Uchida Saraya ware. There used to be five of them, but they are now separated one by one.
