This is another chunky bowl with a beat glaze on the outside and a low base, as usual. It is thought to be a rather old work for a kutsu-bachi.
The above illustrations show representative examples of Iga ware from the Tensho period to the early Edo period, but the chronology of Iga ware is a subject for further study.
