This is a rare example of a cup with a strap like this on the lid. The top of the knob is deeply concave. Judging from the length of the lid holder’s curved edge and the degree of inward inclination, it is thought to have been made around the beginning of the 7th century. At this stage, it was fired at a very high temperature, and the color tone has lost the blackness of the early period.
