This is a type of bowl with a chrysanthemum-shaped dish and high legs on three sides. The dish is shaped like a 38-petaled chrysanthemum, with a chrysanthemum branch design in underglaze blue and overglaze blue, and the chrysanthemum flowers are decorated in gold. The white porcelain body has a slightly bluish tinge, giving it a somewhat old-fashioned appearance for a Kakiemon-style some-nishiki-te. It is thought to have been fired between the late Enpo and Genroku periods.
