This is probably one of the most outstanding Nabeshima dishes in overglaze enamels. It is renowned as a masterpiece among the five-sun plates in overglaze enamels from the heyday of Nabeshima, and its eccentric idea of using a mukuran leaf as a pattern, the placement of the leaf in the center of the plate, and the color scheme are all superb. The red paint is slightly darkened, adding depth to the overall color tone. The shape of the vessel is deep and rounded, and the outer three sides are decorated with cloisonne enamel patterns, and it is a typical work with a comb-shaped raised stand. The five vessels are in excellent condition.
