Height 10.0cm, mouth diameter 11.5-11.8cm, base diameter 5.5cm
This is a Wari-takaidai Kureki style tea bowl with three sides of the base cut into the bowl, the overall shape is slightly thicker, the outlook is deeper, and the inside of the base has a clear whorl-shaped Kabukin, with a vertical spatula around the waist. The front of the bowl is thinly glazed with a design of Matsushima, perhaps depicting Mount Yomogi (Mt. Yomogi), with a wave of water on the front. The glaze is slightly rough, and the coloring is rather faint and pale. On the front of the lid of the inner box, there is an inscription “Insei Goki Sha” and on the back of the lid, “Hogi Sohan (Hanaseki)”. It is a tea bowl of rare workmanship.
