This is a long, rectangular incense box with a deep cover and chamfered spatula on the four sides of the lid and the bottom of the body. The lid and body are deeply covered with a chamfered spatula on all four sides of the bottom. Although the work is of a very rough shape, it also has a different elegance from those of the Momoyama period, and the entire surface appears to be very lightly glazed.
