This tea bowl is also a copy of the Ninsei style, with the rounded body and the glazed surface leaving the earthenware base. The body shows a peony design, but the painting is graceful and somewhat weak. An oval “Kyo” seal is stamped on the base, and it has been speculated that this type of vase was also fired at Seikanji Temple, but it is not clear.
