This is a typical combination of tubular vessels from the 5th century.
The hasō is a large ritual vessel, the length of the mouth rim and neck being equal, and the neck of the mouth decorated with a wavy comb pattern, making it the oldest example of its type. The base of the vessel has a large cup section, and is decorated with four ornaments of gradient beads below the rim band. The central cylindrical part has a five-tiered four-sided watermark, and the foot has a three-tiered three-sided watermark.
