 The handle is narrow and rounded, and is attached in a haphazard manner.
 It is made of grayish-white, fine-grained clay and wheel-thrown. The upper half of the body is covered with an ash glaze applied by brush, which runs down to the lower half of the body. This vessel is a product of the Nagata Kiln in Ena City, Gifu Prefecture, based on the clay and firing.
