A Chukoh specialty. Koseto, tea caddy with a shoulder impulse. Named after the owner’s family name. The black candy-colored quail spots in the persimmon-gold glaze fully show the characteristics of Ko-Seto. It was once owned by Kato Sanmosuke Yoshiaki and passed down in his family for generations, but it came into the possession of Honda Iyomori Tadatomo, lord of Ise Kobe Castle, and then passed through the Sakai family in Wakasa Province and the Fujita family in Osaka before entering the Inoue family.
