This is a small jar of the most universal type for daily use. It is made of sandy clay and molded by cord-work, with the body cut diagonally by me. The letter “haju” or a symbol is written in large letters on the body from the shoulder to the body, and on the opposite side, the letter “san” and “sanju” are written in slightly smaller letters. In addition, the kiln marks “san” and “sanjyu” are added. This type of jar is often used for kurakotsu wares or sen-jars. There is a geta mark on the bottom.
