Konohana
Konohana

One of the seven famous Raku ware tea bowls, black, Kaga Nonkou.
It is so named because the white glaze naturally appears in the body of the outer surface of the bowl, forming a plum blossom shape. It belonged to the Kiyani family of Kanazawa, and later entered the Takahashi Broom-an family. (Taisho Meikikan)
