A type of kagai (shaped incense container). It is a type of katamono incense container with a long shape like a gourd with folds. The most prized type is the Shozui-handled one, which has a beautiful indigo pattern and a poem written in a single section. The tachikuri form is also used in incense containers, thin tea sets, and wakes.
