This is a Bizen suizashi, a specialty of Bizen ware with an arrow-necked mouth. Formerly owned by Rikyu, it later became the treasured possession of Matsudaira Hizen no Mamoru. (Gan-nin Meimono Ki, Kokin Meimono Ruiju)
