The slightly outwardly curved apex of the neck of the mouth and the flattened top of the mouth rim are characteristic of the late Muromachi period. The body still retains its fullness. It is well fired using fine-grained clay mixed with rice field soil, and the surface of the vessel has a blackish brown luster. A yellowish brown natural glaze flows down from the shoulder to the lower half of the body on the half surface of the vessel. There is a kiln mark T Ya on the shoulder.
