Shino tea bowl of temmoku type

Height 7.9cm, Bowl diameter 11.7cm, Base diameter 5.2cm
This tea bowl was probably made in the Edo period (1603-1868), and is also covered with a white glaze, so it may be called Shiro-tenmoku, but it is not clear whether it was fired in Mino or Seto kilns. The entire surface of the glazed surface is covered with rough penetrations, which melt smoothly. The clay is white, the base is rounded off, and the body is stepped, which is a characteristic of this type of early Edo period Tenmoku tea bowl.
