Tanakamaru Collection
　This is a flat-bottomed jar with a wide mouth without a ridge, and a generously stretched body, an unusual form for Karatsu vessels. The glazed surface is hardened and the base is grayish brown. Kanehara Tokata estimates that it was made at the Donoya kiln, but it may have been made at the Tani kiln of the Omiya pottery.
