Height 18.9 cm, mouth diameter 15.2 cm, body diameter 16.5 cm, bottom diameter 9.4 cm
This is probably a water jar in the style of a seed pot, but it is slightly taller and has a more rounded shape overall. The mouth is rounded in a ball-rimmed style, and the base is strongly constricted. The white clay skin is slightly reddish, but the Hidasuki (scarlet tasuki) is clear and vivid. The front of the lid is also decorated with a Hidasuki. The kiln mark is spatula-engraved on the tatami mat on the flat bottom.
