Height 20.8 cm, mouth diameter 10.6 cm, bottom diameter 9.9 cm
This is a rare example of a jar with an octagonal beveled body. The white glaze has fine penetrations over the entire surface, giving the jar a soft and gentle appearance. The two sides of the body are each decorated with a peony design centering on a tahoishi stone, with a bird on the tahoishi stone, one with its wings outstretched and the other halfway subdued. This is also one of the most vivid Kakiemon-style paintings in milky-white handles, especially the blue paint is bright and brilliant. However, compared to Figure 5, the brushstrokes in the bone drawing are somewhat more delicate, suggesting that it may have been produced in a slightly later date.
