　Among the numerous Aote Kogutani wares, this is the most elegant in composition and is highly valued. The elegant design of the two fan-faces on the corrugated ground with a corrugated pattern on the prospective surface may have been designed in the style of the fan streamers. The green glaze on the ground and the purple and yellow of the fan surface are all brilliant. On the reverse side, a Kakufuku inscription is inscribed inside the base, surrounded by arabesque patterns peculiar to Aote, and the entire surface is covered with a yellow glaze.
