Myosenji Temple
　This ware was excavated from under a five-wreath pagoda inscribed on August 27, 1431, in the cemetery commonly known as the Kamakura Yashiki, about 100 meters from the front gate of Myosen-ji Temple. It is typical of the mid-Muromachi period, with a narrow mouth and neck and a large bulge in the upper half of the body. The ears are also thin and weak with ridges. It is made of fine-grained, high-quality clay, and was shaped by rolling up the clay with a pommel, while the surface of the vessel was carefully shaped by cutting vertically with a pommel. It is valuable as a reference material.
