This jar has a flat body with a thick neck and an inwardly bowed bottom.
It is an unusual jar with a single circular ear on the shoulder of the body. The clay is coarse and pebbly, and the firing temperature is low, resulting in numerous cracks on the surface.
It is not a typical everyday vessel.
