Height 8.8 cm, mouth diameter 11.4 cm, base diameter 5.6 cm
This is a unique and oddly shaped tea bowl with an open mouth, and the outside is covered with vertical stripes carved with thin lines. The outer surface is brightly reddish brown, and ash is falling around the inner mouth. Probably made in the same period as the “Hana Tachibana” tea bowl, it must have been made in the early Edo period.
