　Nabeshima ceramics often feature vegetable motifs, and this piece depicts a carrot in shades of underglaze blue. The staining in the margins is beautiful, and the lines of the carrots are vividly drawn. On the reverse side, cloisonne patterns are arranged on three sides, and the comb pattern on the high pedestal is drawn in a darker and longer style.
