This is a rare large jar that retains its perfect appearance. It has a round-bottomed body with a stout shoulder, and the vessel’s surface has been adjusted with striated knapping tools. The neck of the mouth is heavily outwardly bowed, and the lower edge is decorated with a painted serrated pattern with multiple lines. Normally, large jars of this period are decorated with a comb-like wavy pattern, which may be another indication of the regional color of the Northeast region. The brownish-brown surface is covered with a yellowish-white natural glaze.
