Chashyaku (tea scoop), Enshu, Meishin

Biography
The 171st generation of the Daitokuji temple and the 3rd generation of the Kogiriin temple. Also known as “Jishoko” and “Kitsuroko”. Also known as Jishouko and Kitsuroko. He was a close friend of Hosokawa Sansai and Motohaku Sotan, and learned calligraphy in the style of Jang Sokuji and Kyodo. He died on November 21, 1661, at the age of 74.

Chashaku (tea scoop)
This chashaku has a fine bend, and there is an insect bite at the bend. The gutter is deep, and there is a long, narrow hole from the joint to the top. It has a high waist and is very tough.
Tube
The fully machined barrel has a masculine feel befitting Seigan’s calligraphy. The calligraphy of Ryuho Seigan Soyei (sealed with a flower).

Dairyuu is the 342nd monk of Daitokuji Temple, and his name is Minoan, a resident of Gyokurin-in.
