This piece is attributed to Ōhi II. While it clearly reflects the style favored by the first-generation Ōhi, Senso, the rim features gentle undulations in the style of the Five Peaks, the body has diagonal incisions, and the foot is a small, narrow one with Ōhi’s characteristic folded edge, featuring a swastika-shaped hood inside the foot. The bowl is covered in a bright amber glaze, with a black smoky patina on one side.
