14th century
Height 19.5 cm, mouth diameter 6.0 cm, body diameter 9.0 cm, bottom diameter 6.1 cm
Although the mouth rim has been repaired, this is a common Buddhist vase. The design is slightly enhanced by the sealed floral motif in the center. The design is a peony arabesque pattern. The glaze has a high ash content and at first glance appears to be an ash glaze, but it is a type of blue-black iron glaze.
