 This flower vase has a four-sided stroked neck and a six-sided body, with ears on both sides running from the neck to the body. The unique horned ears are commonly referred to as “Tang dog ears. The front is red on the upper half and black on the lower half. The back of the body is heavily covered in ash, while the neck is blue and the body is burnt gray-black. The body is burnished grayish black. This vase is characterized by the sharp chamfering of the body and the workmanship of the ears.
