This is an uncovered cup similar to the former type, with a long, extended base that is relatively thick compared to the upper part of the cup and is not extended at the bottom. Two steps are placed on the outer surface of the upper cup, and the space between the steps is filled with wavy patterns in comb-like patterns. The base has long, narrow watermarks on three sides, and the surface of the vessel is well marked with oyakimoku.
